Policy

At Cool Creative, we value your time. To secure your appointment, we ask for a 50% booking fee. This goes directly towards your service on the day. If you need to cancel, we’re happy to refund this fee with at least 48 hours’ notice.

For new colour clients, a quick skin test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep things safe and comfortable.
